Shipping Information

Orders placed within Germany and Austria are shipped free of charge via DHL.
Orders from Switzerland are free of shipping costs for orders over €20.

As soon as our shipping service provider has handed over your goods to DHL/UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For orders within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply. Outside the EU, customs duties may apply.
